This motorhome was purchased new by the present owner in 2008, he is the type who looks after his expensive toys as his own. This motorhome was kept inside storage when not in use at his home in Tennessee where he lives today. Winters in Florida saw the motor home stored on concrete not gravel so excessive moisture has never been a problem. The unit comes with many extras as seen on the build sheet and this model also comes with many items many manufacturers would call extras!!! The motorhome is built on the Spartan Chassis 360 HP ISC Diesel coupled with the Allison 3000 MH. The owner has always paid attention to detail and all items needed attending to were looked after in a timely fashion, just an overall good coach!!! The coach will be available after April 15, 2024, at the owner’s home in Tennessee, cleaned out, detailed, and ready for pickup!

We ordered this coach in late 2007 and took delivery in March 2008. It is our 4th coach and without a doubt the best coach we ever had. We’ve been RVing for nearly 30 years, and the time has come for us to unfortunately close this chapter of our life.
We have taken very good care of this coach, and someone can have many more years of fun with it.  I’m not aware of anything wrong with this coach, drives well, rides well, and handles with ease. Great coach and I know we will miss our yearly trips to Florida
